Fort Worth · Tarrant County · Since 2019

Honey-Do list service in Fort Worth and Tarrant County, since 2019.

That list on the fridge, in one visit. Multiple small jobs batched into a 4-hour or 8-hour block. One trip charge, one written estimate, one afternoon. Our most-booked service for a reason.

How it works

Small jobs, batched into a single block.

Hourly billing rewards short visits. Block pricing rewards bigger lists — the per-hour rate drops, the trip charge stops mattering, and you get the whole list done in one afternoon instead of three separate visits.

Mixed Small Jobs

Drywall patches, picture hanging, door fixes, fixture swaps, baseboard touch-ups, caulk refresh, weatherstrip replacement, gate latches. Anything in our service scope.

  • Multi-trade in one visit
  • Mostly indoor, some outdoor
  • Send the full list when you book

4-Hour Block (typical)

The most-booked option. Half a workday, gets through 6–10 small items typically. Effective rate $105/hr — saves $40 vs. hourly across the same time.

  • $420 flat (effective $105/hr)
  • 6–10 items typical
  • Half-day visit, single mobilization

8-Hour Block (full day)

Full crew day for the bigger lists. Effective rate $95/hr — saves $160 vs. hourly across the same time. Common when seasonal maintenance and a couple of bigger jobs land together.

  • $760 flat (effective $95/hr)
  • 10–15 items typical
  • Best for whole-house punch lists

Multi-Trade Visit

Drywall + paint + fixture + trim — handled by one crew, one visit. The reason we lean into "the punch list" as our core service: most homes don't need one trade, they need three.

  • Drywall, paint, fixtures, trim
  • Sequenced for efficiency
  • One estimate covers everything
How it works

From list-on-the-fridge to list-done.

01

Send the list

Email or text everything you've been meaning to get done. Photos help us pre-plan tools and materials. The longer the list, the better — block pricing rewards length.

02

Estimate by block

Written estimate confirms the block size (4hr or 8hr), itemizes any specific materials we'll need, and prioritizes the list so you know what gets done first if we run long.

03

Schedule

Honey-Do blocks book within 1–2 weeks typically. We schedule a half- or full-day so we can sequence the jobs efficiently — no leaving in the middle to grab parts.

04

Work the list

We arrive, walk the list, work top to bottom. Halfway through we'll let you know how we're tracking against the time. Clean up after each item, final clean before we leave.

Block pricing

Two block sizes. Plus hourly for shorter lists.

Block pricing is a discount on the per-hour rate, with a single trip charge built in. The 4-hour block is the most-booked. Lists under 4 hours of work are usually cheaper at the hourly rate.

Honey-Do List Pricing

4-hour block (most popular) $420
4-hour effective rate $105 / hr
8-hour block (full crew day) $760
8-hour effective rate $95 / hr
Hourly (shorter lists) $115 / hr · $150 min
Honey-Do FAQ

What people ask about Honey-Do visits.

Anything in our nine-category service scope — drywall patches, fixture swaps, door fixes, trim repair, picture hanging, baseboards, deck repair touch-ups, paint touch-ups, fence post repair, and the dozen other small things that have been on the list for months. Send the full list when you book; we'll prioritize and tell you what fits in a 4-hour or 8-hour block.
Then it's a regular hourly visit at $115/hr with the $150 minimum, not a Honey-Do block. The block pricing only saves money once you have at least 4 hours of work — under that, hourly is cheaper for you. We'll tell you which makes more sense after you send the list.
We'll tell you up front before the visit. You have three options: book the longer block instead (8-hour at $760), prioritize the list and we tackle the most important items in the time we have, or schedule a follow-up visit for the leftovers. Most clients prioritize — we work top-to-bottom on the list and let you know halfway through how we're tracking against the time.
We bring tools, fasteners, basic supplies (caulk, painter's tape, drywall mud, common screws and anchors), and a stocked truck. Specific materials — paint colors, replacement fixtures, particular door hardware, trim profiles — we either pick up on the way (added to the estimate at cost) or you supply. Either way, the materials list goes on the estimate so there are no surprises.
Inside Fort Worth and the inner Tarrant County suburbs, no — trip time is built into the block pricing. For outer suburbs (Mansfield, Burleson, Trophy Club, Azle and similar), there may be a small drive-time line item on the estimate. It's always shown up front so you can see exactly what you're paying for before you approve the visit.
