Tarrant County, Texas

Where we work, and how we get there.

Fulcrum Handyman is based in Fort Worth and serves most of Tarrant County. Below is the full list of cities we cover, grouped by where they sit relative to home base. We schedule by geography — your job slots into a route that already passes near you, which is part of why most projects book within a week.

Home Base

Fort Worth, where most of our work lives.

The bulk of our weekly route is inside Fort Worth city limits. We know which neighborhoods have the older drywall, where the alley access is tight, and which HOAs care about exterior paint colors. Same-week scheduling is usually possible for Fort Worth jobs.

All of Fort Worth, including:

Arlington Heights · Berkeley · Bluebonnet Hills · Crestwood · Fairmount · Mistletoe Heights · Monticello · Overton Park · Park Hill · Ridglea · River Crest · Ryan Place · TCU/West Cliff · Tanglewood · Wedgwood · Westcliff · Westover Hills · plus most Fort Worth ZIPs across the 76102–76199 range and 76244 in the north.

Tarrant County Coverage

Every city, grouped by drive time.

Two coverage tiers across the county. Inner suburbs are part of the standard route — same pricing as Fort Worth. Outer suburbs are still regular stops; expect a small drive-time line item on the estimate when we're heading further out.

Inner Suburbs — full coverage

Standard scheduling, no separate trip charge. These are the cities we hit on most weeks.

Arlington

From Pantego-side neighborhoods to north Arlington and Lake Arlington — the second-largest chunk of our weekly route.

Keller

Newer subdivisions, a lot of cabinet refresh and trim upgrade work. Easy 30-minute hop from home base.

Southlake

High-end finish work, custom shelving, exterior touch-ups before the HOA notices. We do this work all the time.

Colleyville

Estate-style homes, larger projects, often paired with Southlake or Keller in the same week.

North Richland Hills

Mid-century homes that need real handyman attention — drywall, doors, fixture swaps, exterior paint.

Hurst

Part of the HEB cluster — usually batched with Euless and Bedford jobs on the same route.

Euless

Convenient mid-cities access. A lot of our TV mounting and furniture-assembly bookings come from here.

Bedford

Established neighborhoods with the kind of touch-up list that's perfect for a Honey-Do visit.

Watauga

Smaller city, friendly streets, regular stop. Drywall, painting, and door work are the usual mix here.

Saginaw

Just north of Fort Worth proper — easy to fold into Fort Worth route days.

Haltom City

Older homes that often need real repair work, not just cosmetic. We're set up for that kind of project.

White Settlement

Quick reach from west Fort Worth. A lot of fence repair and exterior work routes through here.

Benbrook

Lakeside and hillside homes, exterior projects with a view. Same-week scheduling typical.

Forest Hill

Southeast of Fort Worth proper, close enough to handle on standard route days.

Outer Suburbs — regular coverage

We're out here every week, just not every day. Estimates may include a small drive-time line item; it's always shown up front.

Mansfield

Southeast end of the metro. We schedule Mansfield jobs alongside Arlington and Kennedale runs.

Burleson

South of Fort Worth, just over the county line. Crowley/Burleson are usually paired on the same route day.

Crowley

Quick south-side run from Fort Worth. Lots of exterior work — fences, decks, pressure washing.

Grapevine

Northeast corner — paired with Southlake and Colleyville route days for efficiency.

Roanoke

North of the metro, near the Westlake/Trophy Club cluster. Usually scheduled mid-week.

Trophy Club

Newer construction, plenty of finish work and built-ins. Combined with Southlake/Roanoke days.

Westlake

Small footprint, high-end work. We slot Westlake jobs in with Trophy Club or Southlake routes.

Azle

Far west side. Worth the drive for full-day projects; small jobs we'll batch with another Azle visit.

Lake Worth

On the way to Azle — we usually combine the two on the same trip when scheduling allows.

Kennedale

Tucked between Arlington and Mansfield. Easy add-on when we're already in the southeast quadrant.

Pantego

Small city inside Arlington's footprint — handled on Arlington route days, no extra drive time.

Dalworthington Gardens

Tiny enclave, friendly clients, long-running relationships. Scheduled with Arlington route days.

How it works

Local-first scheduling, batched by route.

01

Send the list

Tell us your city when you reach out. It helps us slot you into the next route day already heading your direction.

02

Estimate with all-in pricing

Drive-time charges (if any) are shown on the estimate up front. No surprise line items, no padded "fuel surcharges."

03

Batched by zip

We schedule by direction so your job lands on a day we're already nearby. Most projects book within 3–7 business days.

04

Outside the list? Ask.

For repeat clients or jobs that batch with work we already have, we'll go a bit past the listed cities. Worst case we'll point you to a handyman closer to you.

Wondering what we actually do?

Drywall, painting, carpentry, fixture swaps, exterior repair, and the catch-all Honey-Do list. Full scope on the services page.

Service Area FAQ

Coverage questions, answered.

Inside Fort Worth and the inner Tarrant County suburbs, no separate trip fee — it's built into the estimate. For outer suburbs (Mansfield, Burleson, Grapevine, Trophy Club, Azle and similar), there may be a small drive-time line item on the estimate. It's always shown up front so you can see exactly what you're paying for.
Ask. We sometimes go just past the listed cities for repeat clients or when we already have a job nearby. If it's a stretch, we'll be honest and either schedule it on a day we're already in your area or refer you to a handyman who's based closer to you.
The cities listed above are our standard coverage — and yes, that includes a few that technically straddle into Johnson, Denton, Parker, or Ellis County (Burleson, Roanoke, Trophy Club, Westlake, Azle, Mansfield). Past that line we generally stay out of broader Dallas, central Denton County, and west Parker County for new clients — drive time eats into your day and ours. Existing clients we'll often follow within the wider DFW metro, and we'll take a one-off job in an adjacent county if it batches with work we already have that week.
We batch jobs by zip code and direction so we're not crisscrossing the metro all day. That's part of why most projects schedule within 3–7 business days — your job slots into a route that already passes near you. If you have a tight deadline, tell us when you book and we'll work it in.
